The global Gold market opens Monday morning in Asia (around 5 AM Cambodia time) and closes Saturday morning (around 4–5 AM Cambodia time). In between, trading runs continuously, rolling from Asia → London → New York.
Most MT4/MT5 brokers also have a short daily break of about one hour (typically 4–5 AM Cambodia time) between the New York close and the Asian open. Spreads usually widen sharply during that window.

Traders in Cambodia have a natural advantage: the London and New York sessions fall in the afternoon and evening local time — ideal if you work a day job. The London/NY overlap (7 PM – 11 PM Cambodia time) is the most liquid, most volatile window of the entire day.
