The Forex market runs 24 hours a day, 5 days a week — but this does not mean every hour is good for trading. Within a day, the market is divided into three major sessions: Asian, London, and New York, each with its own character and level of activity. Unlike the stock market with a single central location, currency trading happens around the world through major financial centers. When one center closes, another opens, so the market runs continuously from Monday morning to Saturday morning.

ម៉ោង London + New York Overlap (ចន្លោះ ៧ យប់ ដល់ ១១ យប់ ម៉ោងកម្ពុជា) គឺជាពេលវេលាល្អបំផុត។ ក្នុងអំឡុងពេលនោះ ទីផ្សារទាំងពីរបានបើកដំណាលគ្នា ដែលបង្កើត Volume ខ្ពស់បំផុត, Spread តូចបំផុត និងចលនាតម្លៃច្បាស់លាស់បំផុត។
The London + New York overlap (between 7 PM and 11 PM Cambodia time) is the best window of the day. During these hours, both markets are open simultaneously, creating the highest volume, the tightest spreads, and the clearest price moves.

These three hours hold more opportunity than the entire 7-hour Asian session.
